Terra Group did a recent HVAC installation for us and went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the job was done well. The technicians arrived on time, were kind and courteous, and took care to let us know when the work was complete. They have also been out to perform maintenance and have the same positive attitude and work ethic that we experienced during the initial installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC replacement or service!
I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dmitriy showed up the same day that I called and walked me thru the process of what was going on with my AC unit and what he was going to do to fix it. He was incredibly honest and professional, the price was almost 400.00 less than the original estimate that I received! I could not recommend them more to anyone that needs AC help.Update: I just used them again for a heating issue. Dmitriy showed up and was once again amazing. He was thoughtful and explained everything so well and I felt that he wanted to do the best for me and my home. If you have a HVAC issue use them! They also have a dynamite service package that I plan on getting.
Terra Group HVAC is fantastic! They are great communicators who explain everything as they go. Dmitriy has come to our house the two times we used their service. He is always friendly and genuine about the work and problems associated with our HVAC. Their prices are incredibly fair, and I would not go to anyone else for services. I highly recommend Terra Group HVAC!
