5 stars! They were professional and efficient and reassuring and explained everything. They did some things remotely (bug text photo, Google maps) but came out quickly to measure and do the estimate when an old-house complication came up. It did take a few weeks to get government clearance and schedule but then they were right on time and pretty darn quick and left everything good as new. They didn't even scare away the nesting duck behind the trellis.
Terminator's takes care of my rentals and my home. My tenants tell me how nice the techs are along with the great job they do. They also fog for mosquitos which keeps my wife very happy. Thank you to Maddie and all the techs.
Excellent small business model…highly customer oriented, knowledgeable, they cover all the bases in pest control. We have recommended them many times to others. It would be a very different market environment if all businesses operated at their level of efficiency.
