You say you've kept that name out there so that customers can reach out to you. So I'm reaching out but not getting any where. Highly recommended. I hired RCD to re-insulate my attic. They went above and beyond what I had expected. They were very professional and kept everything clean. They are very knowledgeable on required insulating R-values, thermal bridging, air flow, etc., and all at a reasonable price.

The process started really good. The rep was very knowledgeable. Responded to my emails in a timely manner. I was sent an email to sign contract. I read it over quickly, the first time, but didn't sign until I had more time. Went back in on a different day and the site had expired. I received another email to sign the contract but some info had changed. For example the deposit amount. Questioned a few things. Didn't get answers. Instead I got an email saying thanks but no thanks for my business. Because I had questions on a few things. We no longer connected.
