Ken is a lifesaver literally most of my power went out and I went through different Electricions who were dishonest and just tried to charge for the worst scenerio possible without even taking a look to much in the issue . I found Ken he came out had a very chill vibe and he was extremely knowledgeable and found the issue he’s incredible I was stressing so much and he fixed my problem in less then a half hour and didn’t even charge me!I couldn’t believe the miracle that bestowed upon me I could hug him .my family thanks u so much and he gained our trust we will be back for him to take care of our fuse box.he came out same day by the way! I was out of electricity in my house this morning. Called Promaxx services and spoke to Ken, who said, he would be at my house in an hour. As expected, he arrived at 10:30 AM and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He made a phone call to PECO and corrected the problem. I would highly recommend his services for any electrical issues. He was knowledgeable and reasonable.

I would HIGHLY recommend Promaxx Services. We had NO heat in the house & we were told it had something to do with our breaker box, by another professional. After calling over 10… 24/7 hr electricians, I was starting to loose faith. Until I spoke with Ken. He came over right away & fixed us up. He’s amazing & now the heat is ON!!!I definitely recommend Promaxx Services & will be calling them back in the Spring to replace my electrical needs in my 197 yr old houseThanks again Ken!!!
