I was extremely disappointed with this company's responsiveness. They came highly recommended and they stood me up 3 times. The first time I spoke with someone, they said they would come out in a few days. When they didn't, I texted them again on the following Friday. They say they would be out Saturday afternoon, NO SHOW again. They contacted me a week later to say the could come out this past Saturdy. I was going to be away, so we agreed on Tuesday (today) afternoon. It is 8:34 PM and NO SHOW again. Such bad business prctices!

Very responsive, professional, and reliable! Steve came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He took one look and knew I hate termites. He came back two days later to do the treatment which was quick and efficient and he also sprayed for ants. I definitely recommend!Service: Termite extermination
