Called for service with my central air system and to check my hot water heater system came out right away had no hot water and didn't even get no warning signs at all both repaired men were name Mike they were very great at doing their job and explained what was wrong and what they were doing thank you so much I will definitely call again if I need service and pass it on to family members Olivia and Ronald Perry

The KOPS electrician who came to my home today was very knowledgeable, professional and was thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. Today 7/23 Kop's install a new toilet in my home he was very focused on his work and did an excellent job. Also I thought my other toilet was seriously damaged and Bill the Kop's technician managed to find the problem and fix it and it was not as serious as I thought it was. Thank You Kop's and Bill their technician for a job well done. I will call again if needed.

The things I like most about Kop's Repair is that Steve answers phone calls promptly and tries to offer intelligent diagnostic ideas before turning a small job into a big one. It's good for customer relations and it keeps tenants feeling that they're in good hands.
