Dr Schwartz and his dental assistants are FABULOUS. If it wasn't for the 2 front desk associates (apparently mother and daughter and you know what they say about apples and trees), I'd absolutely give a 5 star rating. My husband had AWFUL teeth. Terrified of the dentist, we were recommended to Dr Schwartz for his honesty and easy-going personality. He is a FANTASTIC, honest, gentle dentist who understood my husband's fears and reminded my husband that he, being the patient, was in total control. My husband needed an anti-anxiety med for the first 2-3 appointments. Around the 4th appointment, he no longer felt nervous going to the appointments. This brings me to the front desk staff. There's an older woman who needs to retire FOR SURE because her attitude is trash. In the past, there was never an issue with running my husband's insurance to find out what would be due at the time of the visit. Suddently, with trying to schedule our first appointment of this year, she couldn't run insurance. Then I called again​, hoping to talk to someone else, and I did get someone else. Her attitude was WORSE than the first associate! She quoted us a deductible and we went to the appointment last night. I was asking the younger woman (the daughter) to explain our deductible and dues to us and she addressed me as my first name and followed up with, "I run the insurance. This is what I'm telling you." No explanation until I asked to talk to someone else. This office would have a 10/10 stars for cleanliness, dental staff and communication if they'd consider replacing the front desk staff. ​

Been coming to Knights dental for about 8 months now. And all the staff is just so nice. Never had any issues. They have done a great job to my teeth. As long as my Insurance is accepted here, I will always come back, they always call and keep me up to date on when my appointment is. And when I arrive for my appointment. I'm always taking on time.

Went to him about 30 years ago frantically looking at 8 pm for a dentist to help me with a broken tooth that was agonizing. He actually stayed a little longer to help. I’ve never been a consistent Dental patient as I was instilled much fear when I was young and my parents never made sure we went. King story shirt, the staff and especially Dr Schwartz NEVER made you feel bad about not taking care of your teeth. He was gracious, kind, funny as hell and extremely down to earth. Took my terrified mother to him , she fell in love. Referred many patients to him and they all feel the same. Looking forward to my upcoming visit for full upper plate.
