Easily scheduled an initial visit to see what was wrong with our furnace. Tech showed up within the promised time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Part ordered and just a few days later, return visit scheduled, tech showed up again on time, and within just 35 minutes installed, tested and was on his way. First-rate service. During the hottest time in August, my AC unit started having issues. I called half a dozen service providers and none were available. JG Services however, sent a technician quickly to diagnose my issue.
We discussed various options and decided to replace the whole system since it was already 18 years old. They handled the whole project expertly and professionally. It all went smoothly. I was very pleased with the quality of work they did as well as how well they cleaned up after the work and left the area spotless.
Hopefully I won’t need their services again for a very long time ;-). If I did need them, I would use them again... read full review

I highly recommend JG Services. They were assigned to me by American Homeshield for my Air Conditioner. They had to come out a few times as the AC would get working and seemingly work fine for half a day before issues again would arise. They could easily have oversold me instead Derek and Joe kept working hard on it everytime they were here in the end pulling all the coils apart and putting it back together again, and my AC is now working better and cheaper than it ever did in the few years I've lived here. They also have a solid scheduling system. They got back to me and were on time for every appointment. They really gave me a lot of confidence in them throughout... read full review
