“Great service! I was having issues with my gaming mouse suddenly not behaving as I had expected it to. The mouse sensitivity had changed suddenly after a Windows update and no amount of googling was leading me to my answer as to why. The engineer helped figure out it was due to the Windows update automatically installing the driver suite for the gaming mouse, which changed the sensitivity, polling rate, and DPI defaults on the mouse. Quite impressed by these guys and would recommend for troubleshooting any tech related issues.“
