I purchased an extended warranty for my 289d3 from foley caterpillar and they will not stand behind what they sold me. Stated it’s a typographical error. Then the VP of service says I can go to any caterpillar dealer and purchase NEW equipment. I asked for it in writing and he stated he wouldn’t ever do that. Jeff Dague my sales representative won’t even answer my calls and said I was free to go and deal with Clevland brothers via text message.

I’ve attached a screenshot as well.
The best part was Mr. Foley comes to visit my job sites shakes my hand and says, if you ever need anything let me know.

This place is a joke. You can never get a hold of anyone in parts. I understand people now a days are short staffed but I have called and I'm number 1 in line on hold and it has been over 55 mins and nobody has answered. This happens every time I call.

As a truck driver delivering here, I will say that this place has to be one of the most confusing places I've ever been to in my nearly 40 years as a truck driver. And that's saying a lot. It isn't just me who thinks so. Every other driver I met this morning said pretty much the same thing, including a local XPO driver who delivers here regularly.I got here, and the guard told me to check on at the "trailer at the 4th drive". Well, that was wrong, to start with, but I figured that out myself, almost immediately.
