I left a previous review and since then spoke to Eyes Express again. There was apparently a miscommunication in my first conversation with them. They had meant the Doctor was onlyboutbthe one Saturday and not reusing my framesnis an Insurance issue not theirs. I have no idea how to remove my 1st review, so I am adding this one and add that I will happily Continue using them.

Every experience I've had here has been great. I especially appreciate the front office and their patience while going through the frame selection. He always crunches the numbers to make sure you're getting your money's worth with or without insurance.
