“I’ve used this company servers times over the years. They’re great. Very friendly and they get the job done.The only issue I have is with the pricing. I was quoted for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. When they arrived, I asked them to do only 2 bedrooms and the hallway. I was still charged the same price and when asked about it I was told that was the price & they couldn’t change it. I don’t quite understand that aspect.Again, they’re a great service, I was just a little taken back by that.“

The other company sent an 18 year old to go into my basement and spray some Boric Acid solution (of all things). I immediately had a real sinking feeling that I'd been ripped off.
