Zero stars! I went to this office 4 x to see the Dentist and Dr Eisenbrock never bothered to examine me. It was more important to office to charge me for Deep cleaning, hygienist said when I asked to see the Dentist, we only are seen by him if we have a problem. Excuse me, if I need deep cleaning because I have deep pockets than I have a problem! Hygienist Shouldn’t Be DIAGNOSING me it’s illegal!!!! DR is Too important to see his patients. I will find a more down to earth Dentist who just wants your money.

For some reason, I was just thinking of this dentist and the horrible experience I had years ago, so I thought I'd search to see if he had his license taken away or was arrested. Surprisingly, neither has happened. The level of malpractice I experienced here was unreal. After only having 1 filling my entire life and then suddenly having numerous was very suspicious. He would say the cavities look small but deepen as he drills in and that is why they needed to be addressed. He was also extremely condescending when questioned. Luckily, I left the practice and haven't had cavities any cavities since. I am in the need for a new dentist because mine is retiring and I still worry about finding someone I can trust after having made this experience here.

Im Not happy with the office staff not wanting to bill my insurance first per my insurance’s request. They quoted all kinds of coinsurance fees and I overpaid but they didn't care.The 2nd visit, the Receptionist demanded money up front before work & half more than told on the phone. They don’t like to return calls efficiently either. Im finding a new dentist who cares about their patients & bill insurance first before taking more of your money than necessary.
