Appliance Doctor was very responsive to my calls and always confirmed the morning of. The technician we had, Alton, was wonderful. He was efficient, unassuming, and kind. He came back not once, not twice, but three times (!) when additional problems arose or when he needed to get another part. We are so grateful for his skill and friendliness. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and had it fixed in no time. I was thoroughly impressed with his expertise and efficiency.
