My Mitsubishi thermostat was unable to communicate with the receiver. Skylar arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. .After accessing the mini split cassette receiver located in the attic he installed the new receiver, put everything back together and tested, everything was golden. He cleaned up and was finished in approximately 1hr. Great job!!
Update 8/28/24: David and Anthony spent the day at my home cleaning our vents and duct work. They did great work and are always pleasant and answer all of our questions and concerns. Also Devin the HVAC tech did an awesome job on our installation of our new system. Last week John and Casey performed a very large job in my home and truly all of the gentlemen have demonstrated they are extremely skilled and professional. I feel like I have gotten to know much of the crew and they are top notch. Also I have spoken to Mindy and Peggy in the office and they were very professional and helpful when I call in. Update 08/28/24: we had another full day of service from the Triangle crew today. David, Anthony and Devon are incredibly knowledgeable and hard workers and were all very kind and patient with my parents. Great thorough work as always, thanks guys!
