If you’re like me, the thought of having your wall to wall carpets cleaned, while appealing, sounds a little daunting. Nevin was great, from providing helpful guidance on prepping for his arrival, to quickly, efficiently, and expertly doing the work, and even providing after care advice. Nevin was easy to coordinate with when setting up the appt. He listened to what we needed and didn't push for more business. They showed respect. They did a great job getting stains out of the carpet and general cleaning. We would definitely use them again.

Red Hot Carpet Cleaning did a terrific job on several carpeted areas in my home, plus 2 front hall rugs and 2 runners. All showed lots of foot traffic (dingy, compacted carpet yarn), and I was hoping to get them looking a little better after cleaning. Nevin Guiser (business owner/cleaning expert) was able to restore my carpets and rugs to "almost new" condition. I am absolutely amazed at what he and his cleaning system did for my carpets! On top of that, he arrived when he said he would, sent "reminder" texts and emails, and will come back if any problem area reappears within 30 days! Red Hot Carpet Cleaning gets 5 stars because it earned 5 stars!
