“I called to have a replacement kitchen faucet installed as my old one was leaking badly. Receptionist took my info and said she didn't know when someone could come. 10 minutes later I received a phone call and the young man (Mark---not the owner Mark) called and said I will be there within 15 minutes. Such a nice and knowledgeable young man. Installed my new faucet and was done within an hour. I am VERY pleased!“
