“For starters, ignore the negative reviews. If you want to go to an honest dental practice, come here. My mom has been a patient here for over thirty years, and I have been a patient here for close to ten years I think. Dr. Eric Ober is excellent. He is smart and honest. Honesty is so important in a dentist. He does not make up unnecessary work. For a short time, this practice was not taking my insurance, so I went elsewhere, closer to where I live. So almost a year ago, I had an appt with a large dental practice in Upper St. Clair, and the dentist there told me that I had two cavities and wanted to file down some of my teeth because he thought that would help my TMJD. I thought he was insane and did not go back for that recommended work. I recently got to see Dr. Ober (about eight months after the bad appt. in Upper St. Clair) and magically, I have no cavities and needed no work done. The office is clean. You can get a hold of someone on the phone fairly easily. Their prices are pretty much in line with everywhere else. They take insurance and you can also just pay cash if you don't have insurance. They have several dentists and hygienists. The office is not hard to find in Belle Vernon. I drive about 45 minutes to go here. After a few bad experiences (NOT at this practice, but elsewhere), I am rather distrustful of dentists. I trust the dentists that work here and will not go anywhere else. Bobbi, a hygienist, is the best I've ever had. She is very good and very pleasant. I would give this practice more than five stars if I could. A+“
