Houseknecht Automotive, LLC is a wonderful and very good automotive business. The owner is an amazing, intelligent, and well-rounded mechanic, considered the absolute best electronic mechanic. He is very knowledgeable, well-adapted to almost any vehicle model from old to new, and is always up for a challenge to figure out serious or ridiculous issues. The other half of the business runs the office, handling scheduling, files, and paperwork in a professional and amazing way. Together, they make an incredible team. The mechanics are honest, dependable, and fair. They provide great, affordable service and do their best to help, ensuring customers want to return. The employees are also very good mechanics, nice, and professional. The experience is always pleasant and positive, making customers feel they are in great hands. They are honest guys you can suggest over a lot of other mechanics, making them the only shop many families use. They are a go-to for repeated customers for life, taking damn good care of vehicles. They are dependable for help even when other shops cannot be reached, successfully diagnosing and fixing problems to get vehicles into the best condition.
So this is my boy. Brian the Owner/Amazing Mechanic- is in my opinion probably the best mechanic I've ever seen. If he don't know what's wrong with your ride- (WHICH IS REAL RARE BECAUSE HE IS VERY INTELLIGENT AND WELL ADAPTED TO ALMOST ANY VEHICLE MODEL OLD TO NEW, I CAN GAURANTE HE WILL UNDOUBTEDLY DEFINITELY FIGURE IT OUT.!) SO that being said I dare you to CHALLENGE him. He's always up for a challenge. He's truly the absolute best electronic mechanic I've ever witnessed. For me he's figured out some seriously ridiculous issues with my 02 TrailBlazer that in my opinion should have never been built the way it was designed. Its been a real lemon since I got it. Houseknecht was able to help me when I couldn't reach other shops around. My car was disabled and the tow was able to bring my car to their shop. They successfully diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My car hasn't sounded this good since I bought it used 4 years ago!Service: Electrical repair
Brian is very easy going and tells you how it is and doesn't bull anything. If you have any problems with your car, do NOT hesitate to stop in! He'll help in any way he can. Friendly staff as well, love going here!
