After quite a few very disappointing experience's with alterations I was loosing my confidence in finding a "home" that would be able to alternate my clothing in a satisfying way until I decided to give it another shot at Clothes to Home in Bechtelsville, PA. I am a person of short stature (also know as achondroplasia, dwarfism) and to shop -let alone alterations- for clothing is quite the adventure. Close before Christmas I found Clothes To Home on-line and after reading a lot of reviews I decided to give it a go. That was the BEST decision in a long time I made. I am so pleased. I have a pea coat that I always have dry cleaned. The past dry cleaners never did a good job and were full of excuses. when I picked up my coat this time, it looked brand new! I've worn this coat for 20 years and I never been happier! I will definitely use Clothes to home for any future dry cleaning needs!

Went during prom season and not only did they have excellent customer service skills; they were fast, got my clothes done in a timely manner, it smelled great in the store, they even offered to sew a missing button on. Their response to their bad review just puts the icing on the cake for me. Awesome!
