Pam, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Terry Marcincin are both very personable and provide great care to their patients. The office staff are friendly and quick to respond when I need help scheduling or rescheduling an appointment.“

“I've been a client of gum dental for 11+ years now. My entire family made the switch in 2013 after traumatizing experiences elsewhere. They are GENTLE, caring and compassionate. We started coming to the practice before Dr Julie Gum took over, and it has been amazing seeing her succeed and build an incredible team. Everybody is fantastic, from the front desk to the hygienists, and the doctors. They greet me by my name the second I walk in the door, and I love catching up with them during appointments. I come here for all my cleanings, fillings, teeth whitening, and did Invisalign with them as well. They were very communicative during Covid, making sure I still got my trays and felt comfortable. Any time I've had an "emergency" they get me in as soon as possible, and have always referred me to the best specialists for procedures needed elsewhere. They are prompt with confirming and reminding me of appointment, and always accommodating. I've never had an issue with billing here either. They are extremely on top of the insurance, and take care of any issues from insurance providers immediately. The team and Julie have also done a fantastic job during interim times when Julie was out on maternity leave growing her family, always making me comfortable with anybody who would step in. I have never once worried about who is taking care of me, as they all are a pleasure & I've only had perfect experiences. I recommend them to all of my friends, clients and even strangers.“

“I had my consultation yesterday and Yes! I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs advice on their concerns about their teeth gums etc. Dr Yang was so pleasant and he listens to your concerns and he is honest on what treatments you need to do with your teeth. I was very nervous yesterday because when I go to other dentists they are either judgemental or in a hurry to get you out of the door or just too expensive to take your money. Not dice dental even the receptionist was very nice Melissa and the person who took my X-rays of my teeth. And it was a good thing I was seen by them because the 3 D x-ray found 2 issues with my teeth and gums which I immediately contacted my primary dentist. Thank you so much for your kindness and support I really appreciated your assistance and taking the time to listen to my concerns. And to be honest I was more concerned about my bottom teeth where Dr. Lang suggested not to be so concerned about it for now he could have told me something totally different or not care about my concerns.“

“So like many, I hate the dentist (actually, I think I suffer from some PTSD from earlier years). Emily and the staff (hygienist name is not coming to me) are amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I was more so embarrassed because of the lapse in time from my last appointment to now but, they assured me everything would be ok, and it was. I will recommend anyone to this office, hands down, true professionals who are compassionate and care about their patients. I am very excited to get to my goal of having a beautiful smile again!“

“*original 5 star review from November 2023The receptionist made me review them, she even came from behind the desk looking over my shoulder then gave me a Dunkin Dounts gift card for the review. She said "take out your phone go to Google maps, and leave 5 stars" First I was confused about having to go to Google Maps instead of just Google. Not going back there, see why this dentist office has massive reviews. Also they referred me to a Orthodontics specialist for invisalign, you look him up absolutely can't find anything about him or his practice and he was located a hour away. Had a appointment for a cleaning 6 months out it was scheduled, they canceled it. Now the same lady standing over my shoulder for that 5 star review is calling, and leaving voicemails to reschedule a appointment that was made by them.“

I had a bit of a strong anxiety going on about going to the dentist and Dr. Aslam has helped me get way over that! She is always a pleasure, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Danyelle and Dani are also such a pleasure - again very gentle, very engaging, and just a delight. My children, like me, rave about this dentist. After seeing two other dentists in the past, my children say this is their favorite and they love going. No groans, no complaints, my 4 year old cheered when we took her last! Circumstance/scheduling had me meet with Dr Patel and his assistant Jasmine. They both had the ability to ease my anxiety, and provide excellent care. Jasmine was great at providing that support you need if you have anxiety by asking about comfort, chatting casually and being attentive. Dr Patel was through in his explanations. Highly recommend this office and I don't think you can go wrong with any team in it!“
