“From the staff member that checked us in, technician and doctor- all were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Moore was so great with my child and really put her at ease (tends to get nervous at first visits). The member at the eyeglasses counter was also very helpful when we decided to pick out glasses and explained our benefits clearly. Check out was also quick and without trouble. Would definitely recommend as an option when looking for vision care.“

“If you're lucky enough, the whole mess starts off with a beautiful smile from the witty and (mostly) wise Linda at the front desk. From there it transitions to wonderful staff who guide you through the process of spending lots of money in able to see correctly. Seriously though, I'll never go to a chain again if I continue to get this level of service and fun. They are great, will take care of all your needs, and probably even provide a smart retort to anything you'd care to dish up.“

“Was able to get a next day appointment. Was early, took me in on time. Exam by staff and doctor was very thorough and better than I was expecting. Doctor Bailey was very nice and knew what she was doing. Checkout by Christian was super smooth, he was able to let me know exactly what my insurance was going to cover and what the final cost would be. Had a nice chat, very friendly. Will definitely use this location again!“

“The staff is great, extremely helpful but the doctor could attempt at being a little warmer. No “Hello how are you?” Just says your name and turns back into the room. Doesn’t take away from his expertise but I had the exact same experience with him 2 years apart.“
