Luis responded the next day to my request for an estimate, which is unheard of today! His pricing was fair for the scope of the work. Luis was so easy to work with and worked within my timeframe. Once the carpet was taken up, I did need to purchase new flooring for some areas and Luis worked with me to select the proper flooring and the stain. The repair work that was needed and completed especially on my steps was superb!

Luis and team were wonderful!! Easy to schedule and made it convenient to get the job done while still living in the house. I thought we’d have to vacate for a few days but it was so easy. And the floors look amazing!

The quality of the work by Tello is incredible. They made our floors look like an art gallery, better than new, even though they are original from the 1930s. A team of guys swarmed the house and professionally did the job quickly, cleanly, and masterfully. They are even coming back to do some additional work for us next week. The price is FAIR and much less than a lot of nearby competition. It really is an easy choice to go with Tello, and I’m so glad we did - only wish we did it sooner.
