I have worked with Melantha since 2020. I left a 5 star review about how she got through all the confusing paperwork for myself and my business for 2 years. I was rooting for this woman-owned small business like I am rooting for my own.This year, Melantha filed for a tax extension without my consent and then ghosted me. No replies to online portal messages, emails texts, or calls. The only way I got a reply was sending a message through the new client interest form.I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I had to edit my previous glowing review to articulate why I'm 2.5 weeks away from the tax deadline still trying to wrap up my 2022 taxes with someone new.

I would highly recommend Paige Consulting Services for all of your tax needs. Melantha Paige is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to preparing taxes. She has prepared my taxes for several years and when we realized my husband had not paid taxes the year we met she was helpful in preparing the back taxes. When we had taxes to be amended she was right there.When my husband and I moved out of state and started a business she was very helpful in giving us information on what to expect and things we needed to know. She was nice enough to prepare a PowerPoint for us. Melantha is readily available by phone or email to answer any questions.
