I always have a great experience when I come into the Bala Cynwyd EWC. Ameera helped me alot when I came in. I enjoyed the conversations I had while getting my service done. She also recommended me good products that offer for the waxes I got. I do look forward to using the deodorant product she mentioned to me.

My appointment was at 5:00 pm. I waited until about 5:10 to Bring it to the receptionist attention. She then responded with” oh you right let me check”. She got up to leave and comes back with a waxer. The waxer begins to complain about her app not working. They begin to have a whole conversation while I’m sitting there waiting. No one says sorry about the 15 minute wait! After 9 minutes my appointment would be canceled. It was very annoying. I will be going to a different location. However, I was satisfied with the wax!

Ameera was amazing as she always is. She is the best waxer. She makes the experience extremely comfortable and she is amazing at what she does! She deserves a raise and recognition for her amazing work!!! And about a million more stars!! I’m grateful for her great skills and professionalism
