The Bartlett team did a fantastic job pruning our dwarf white pine tree. It's a beautiful small tree, probably 40 years old. It had not been pruned in 20 years. There was a tremendous amount of dead branches at the top of the tree that needed to be removed. Now the tree looks like a rare specimen from Portland's famed Japanese garden!

Gavin at Bartlett is just a lovely person. A Bartlett crew did some work for a neighbor, and didn't realize there'd been some damage and debris left on my property. When my neighbor let them know what had happened at our property, not only did Gavin do a walkthrough and apologize profusely, he brought a replacement plant for the one that was damaged and set a clean up immediately. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and courtesy and would definitely hire them in the future based on this interaction.
