I called for a quote on Tuesday and the person who handled the call was very kind and helpful. In under 5 minutes I had a quote and an appointment for Thursday when I’d be home. They showed up today on time and did the job quickly. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate their kindness and I would highly recommend them for any service.

Great company. Very personable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, timely, professional, with outstanding rates. 10/10 would recommend them to any homeowner who is looking for septic services. You can tell these guys care about there customers.

4 am early Saturday morning, our septic alarm went off. I checked the tank and saw that it was close to the top. After calling the plumber just after 7 am, they told me that I need to get it pumped out for them to fix it. I called Kauffman's since we have been using them for years. The web site said that they were closed, but fortunately for me Doug answered. We talked through the height of the water in the tank to see how much time that we had. Doug said that he could get someone out over the weekend, but the cost would be much higher than coming out on Monday.
