I went to go get acrylic nails they turned out so bad they looked like duck nail, they were lumpy and curved… so I went back today the lady was very nice and I asked her to redo them bc of all the reasons above, SHE JUST TOOK OF THE COLOR!!!!!!! DID NOT EVEN FIX THEM!!!!! I can’t say anything because I have very bad social anxiety and my thumbs nails are now 2 different lengths. Thanks I Will only be going to Kim’s nails now?
I got a pedicure here before a wedding and it was wonderful. My manicurist didn’t rush anything and made me feel like I could stay in that massage chair all day. And I could have! Nice bright space, very welcoming and easy to relax.
They are wonderful about me asking for a quick pedicure- I don’t have much time and they are great - super nice people- someone said they do not have manners - far from it - super helpful and nice - my mother has a hard time walking - the owner himself comes out and helps me get her in and helps her in the chair etc.... super sweet
