I can't say enough good things about how smooth this whole process has been. I feel like every step of the way I am informed and kept up to date on what is going on. And the attention to detail is outstanding, particularly the project manager Bob. It's just such a pleasure to work with him. I never expected to have such a level of service as I am getting. This extra attention is what I feel sets you all apart from the others. Bob knows his job and I think I am learning a few things along the way from him. I have also had the opportunity to meet all the tradesmen from the Framers, Electricians, Plumbers, and of course The Fine Line crew and they are just a great group...read full review
