I have never met a more compassionate vet crew as I did here. I had to take my rescue pet there and she had to be euthanized.and they were so tender with her and caring. I have found my new vet clinic for my other fur babies. Sad but excellent customer service.
We had to put our baby girl Jada to rest and they were so helpful in the process of that. They explained everything to my partner and I and gave us all the time we needed with her, before and after. They gave us little memoirs of her feet and nose prints was a special touching thing they didn’t need to do. I really appreciated them.
Changing my review to 3 stars because apparently since I live in PA I am stuck within some sort of law confide on prescription food outside of the clinics control. Usually have a good experience here. Multiple vets. Current vet is very informative.
