Our unit has been in for a couple of years now and running just as good as the day it was installed. The routine maintenance service and staff have always been great! Rob was a pleasure to work with years ago and he made sure to calculate and install a unit large enough to handle our house.

We have been having issues with our water jet pump for the last year and a half. After getting one opinion, we assumed we would have to just live with bad water pressure since our home is old. Yesterday we lost power to the jet pump completely. Having a 4 year old at home this concerned us as we needed water. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and not only did they show up, they showed up almost 3 hours early. Josh who came was super professional and made sure to be honest with us about our options. He did everything to ensure we got the best service possible. Ron was awesome. Explained everything and was quick swapping out my shower mixer valve. Thanks, Ron! Quick response time too. I called in morning and S&Z was here by 1:00PM.
