Ernest Sampson is hands down the best technician we’ve ever had with Terminix. He promptly answers every call and takes care of whatever issue arises in a timely manner. He is friendly, kind and courteous during every interaction. Thank you Ernest!

There is more than one but the primary reason is due to Brad Miller and Gabe Curiale. Omega Pest Control now Terminix was an excellent service provider. They performed annual visits, they provided trend reports which is what auditors want to see especially SQF auditors. They were very thorough on performing the bi-weekly inspections. The way Omega had the books set up was always a plus with auditors and they commented Omega saying it was really well put together and they nailed it on the information. I use terminix for one reason, Mark Schwartz. I worked with a McDonalds operator for years, he was our technician and was absolutely amazing. I chose terminix for my business because of him. When I lucked out and he showed up at my one location, it was fantastic. He is great, every one of your technicians should be like him.
