“A tree came through my son's roof. Since he was a new homeowner, I called around for assistance. Ted, the owner of Rock Roofing answered the phone at around 7 p.m. and was very accommodating to my concerns, eventhough I wasn't the homeowner. He dispatched a crew who was there within about an hour to make sure there were no safety concerns. Ted called me back to give this concerned mom an update.
