What a life saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out , it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of there way to help in any way they can. I manage a large restaurant in Center City where the AC went down and it was a long fix. Priority Rental gave the most outstanding customer service I've experienced from a vendor in a long time. They arrived within an hour of our request, effectively cooled down the restaurant in time to give better service, and any time there was a malfunction or issue with the equipment they were on the phone or in person to help out instantaneously. What an amazing experience. If there is a question between which vendor to use, go for these guys first! Ultimate professionals!

Had to cool a treatment area, landlord was no help, nor were higher ups. Looked them up on line and the first rep I talked to was Pete Schneiders. He was great, made me feel at ease. Described what was happening and he took it from there. He provided a properly sized portable HVAC unit to include false door install and duct work. The technician installing all was very knowledgeable and helpful.. The turn around time was 24 hrs., from first phone call to actual completion of the install.
