We have been bringing our cats here for over 10 years. Dr Collins treated my elderly cat with cancer, providing palliative care instead of radical treatment. “While most dog grooming facilities are booked out for 3 to 4 weeks, Silly Dogs new location in north Wilmington were able to schedule my two Shih Tzu dogs within days. My pups can be a challenge at times, even with their long-time groomer back in Georgia, but Rochelle was a calming presence in a comfortable environment. Their experience was very good, they looked great, and they were happy (many times in the past my dogs would be mad at me for hours for taking them to get bathed and trimmed :) ) I am very pleased with the nice grooming job, and we all look forward to our next visit.“

I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. We ended up having to give him emergency surgery to save his life. The vet and his team worked with us every step of the way because of course I wanted my cat to live but also couldn't afford thousands of dollars worth of medical care for him. The team here at Springfield gave us so many affordable options and worked closely with us to ensure he was getting the best and most essential care needed but also keeeping our budget in mind. We have had many follow up appointments, they are constantly asking how he's doing and just want him to see him healthy again. It's been 6 weeks since his surgery and he is doing great! We figured out the underlying cause of the issue and are working to ensure it is treated properly. This crew here is beyond wonderful, so caring, loving, compassionate, and truly want to help animals in need. I couldn't have asked for any better I'm so grateful they saved my cats life!!“
