I've never given a second thought to find another plumbing business. They are prompt, clean, efficient and always willing to review what will take place. There may be some cheaper, but none do it better with things always being fixed the first time around. I have been using them for 30 years and find all his crew (including his journeyman daughter) very skilled and honest. I hate writing reviews, but this was easy.
We had to have a new stack pipe installed in our 99 year old house. We were dreading the experience as we thought it’d be dusty and take a long time. We were 💯 %wrong. The job took two days and by having plastic sheet barriers around the work area and excellent venting fans there wasn’t any dust. The plumbers were all friendly, polite and very accommodating. Each stage of the way, we were kept updated. Each day the working area was cleaned up. Lou and his daughter, Paige always had time to talk with us whether it was on the job or by phone. The areas that they had to remove to be redone are so neat. We are delighted to have had Perti as our plumber and will use him again as his work is far above excellent. A big thanks if appreciation in all you did for us. We are more than satisfied ‼️

Lou’s team explains all the findings and recommendation for work in detail, including pictures. The receipts are clear and descriptive.
