The receptionists in this office were awful. I had appointments for my 2 daughters, the person that was going to take them could not, so I left work an hour early to rush and pick them up from 2 different places, hitting detours and traffic... I called to say we may be 10 minutes late, at the most. We were in the office by 3:07. They would not see either of my girls and wanted me to reschedule. I stood there and searched for a new dentist, made them appointments at the new place and left. We have been going to this office for many years and I have never been overly happy with them, and this was just the last straw for me. There was no need to be so rude and unsympathetic. I will never return to this office.

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. "Dr. Paul" was completely negligent when doing something as simple as checking my 2 year olds teeth at his cleaning appointment. The overhead light in the exam room was not working so instead of switching rooms or finding a different light source he continued with the exam. He put the pointy sharp instrument into my sons mouth and, because he couldn't see properly, he stabbed my son in the gum instead of poking at the tooth. He gave a slight apology and then started shushing my son as he's crying in pain. He is obviously a careless provider and not to mention didn't know how to handle his mistake or comfort a child so perhaps he shouldn't be in pediatric dentistry. I hope this review saves another mother from seeing their child in unnecessary pain.

I used to love taking my child here. She has special needs and has recently gone through a bone marrow transplant where we had to live in North Carolina for 6 months. She was seen last week for a quick exam, where a cavity was found on her front tooth. I was told to get a dental clearance form from her transplant team which I did. I'm now being told they won't see her until the end of July, even though it's an emergency and she's in pain. After finding a new dentist to take her the next day, I called to obtain X-rays which I was told could take up to 30 days! Clearly, children's needs aren't as a priority as i once thought. We will not be returning here. I understand covid puts everyone in a tight spot but this is ridiculous to have my child in pain for well over a month!
