Dr. Dai and the entire staff made our family experience truly exceptional. Dr. Dai is incredibly thorough and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. The office is welcoming and beautiful, making us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that Dr. Dai helped save one of my daughter's teeth, which our previous general dentist recommended we do a root canal on. Dr. Dai genuinely cares about her patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dai’s office!

I had a bad experience with scheduling in which I didn’t think was fair . Had I been late or gotten sick last minute I would’ve been charged , don’t feel the receptionist listening to my complaints even cared when I was told that my appointment was rescheduled to 11am from an appointment I had earlier last week was canceled due to the dr being sick which I totally understand. My drive was from Newark De. To Pa. Which I have wasted my time & gas with not one apology. So for that I will be finding a dentist. Very unprofessional.
