“My Wife and I had wanted to update the siding of our house that hadn't been changed since the 90s, as well as replacing our failing gutters. We had a few different quotes, and Gino was the only one who personally stopped by for the quote, as well as provided all of his company documentation (insurance etc.) upfront with no concern. He also came in at fantastic price without any back and forth or crazy sales tactics. Just a honest, upfront price and nothing more.We only had two issues with our job. The first was we were told the siding and gutters would be replaced in a shorter window then what had happened, however once Gino had realized that the initial time frame was not going to be met, he made sure to contact us with the reasoning as to why the delay, as well as a new ETA on when they would be done. The second being a couple of the workers had dropped some nails that we were able to cleanup with a magnetic rake (this was NOT Igor...that man is a saint and incredible worker and if he's doing any of your work, it will be quality work done no matter what.)Despite both of these issues, we would recommend them first every time, and have done so to friends. Should we need anything else (roofing work or otherwise) we will be hiring them again without pause due to their knowledge and professionalism.“

“Kenny was our project manager for our roof and did a fantastic job keeping us well informed and satisfied throughout the entire process. We did three quotes and ultimately selected Whalen because of the quality, warranty, professionalism, and competitive price point they offered. The quote came with several finance options but there was no pressure to select one which assured me that there were very few (or perhaps no) hidden incentives for Whalen in the options presented. In the end we went with a personal finance option mostly for our own convenience.For additional context we have a fairly complex roof so it was important to us that we select someone we could trust. The Whalen has been in the area for decades now which gave us additional assurances that we were working with a very reputable company. They also used technology and professionalism that made us feel like we were working with a fortune 500 company.If you're in the market for a new roof I would highly recommend you consider using Whalen.“

Ryan was pleasant to speak with and Clint the project manager was patient and even annotated the photos to show every aspect of the work. I would use them again and recommend them to others.“

“I would like to share amazing experience I had with Dillon Robbins from Life Quality Roofing in Pittsburgh. He is very professional and performs exceptional inspection of the roof. We had some issues with roof after Wind storm. He is very punctual and provided evidences for the claim that's hard for insurance companies to argue or reject. The insurance companies can't escape, since he provides video evidences of the damage with the roof. Dillon is very kind and he has exceptional values towards customers and he supports and works with customers & insurance companies all the way until the the job is completed. He is always available and responds the calls. He even responded when he was on family vacation ( which I felt bad that I called him on his vacation ). I provided his name to several of my friends and they are all so happy that he got them also job done. Don't forget to ask for Dillon when you have the need for any of the projects from Lifetime Quality Roofing company. I am sure others are good also, but I had awesome experience with Dillon.“

They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work.They did a beautiful job.I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves).They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication.
