I’ve been going here for over 7 years now because Rachel is amazing. When I come with a crazy idea, she takes the time to talk to discuss the pros and cons with me. She looks out for me and always considers my overall hair health. Both of my sons come here as well!

I see Rachel at Salon 31 and she is so great. She listens actively, confirming and clarifying until you are both on the exact same page about what you want your hair to look like. She’s thorough, answers questions thoughtfully and without talking down, and is just fun and easygoing! She makes the whole experience stress free. I highly recommend her!!
