I found Neighborly when I was looking to help get my 83 year old Dad to dr's appointments as he recovers from a fractured pelvis. I am in Maryland and he's in PA, so I feel a little helpless BUT Morgan and Jill were terrific in helping me through the process and they sent Celestine out to transport my dad. Between helping him get out of the house, into her car, driving to the appointment, waiting for him, and bringing him back after, I couldn't have asked for any better experience and both my parents loved her and found her so professional. We hope she will be able to help Dad out on a few more Dr Appts until he's healed enough to drive himself again.... read full review

First off, may I say from my initial phone call to the returning of phone calls I have been so nicely surprised! Finding a new agency for my mom was a daunting task.Morgan who I initially talked with was EXCELLENT, she understood all my concerns and really listened and explained how the care for my mom worked.I didn't use them right away because of a scheduling problem since I already had a caregiver in place.A month later, I interviewed with them and I met with such a wonderful woman, who is caring, helpful and so proactive with anything she thinks I should know and any tasks that need to be done.I am so happy that this organization is involved in our lives!Thank... read full review
