Work for them not only did I have a hard time getting hha exchange app so I can clock in. They have yet to pay me anything. Disappointed that I have to now elevate my issue to the next step. I worked and should have been paid
I been working for neighborly for 2 years and I love this company!!! The staff are exceptionally friendly and always respond to me almost always instantly. They really care about their clients and their employees
Some of the caregivers are barely adequate. We did luck out on one. I have never had so many no shows, and the agency is never aware when a care giver doesn't show up. Most of the caregivers don't even call out. It leaves the clients sitting waiting until we call the agency. Their scheduling process is HORRENDOUS. And the office staff blames each other. Their communication between staff, caregivers and clients is NONEXISTENT. I don't know if other agencies would be any better.
