Joanna is excellent at what she does and she takes extra care to make sure you are comfortable both mentally and physically. She is pleasant, and takes your cue to be talkative or quiet. If you are inquisitive like I am, you'll get some fun and interesting stories. The quality of her products are great and I've never had any issues with after care. Will never go to anyone else!
i’m so so happy i found this studio. it was so clean and relaxing. i finally found somewhere that i trust for my brows. i was walked through every step of the way and they did not take too much off! which other places have before. i am so glad they listened to my wants and needs. i will be back !
I have always been skeptical about having treatments of any kind to my face. That is no longer the case now that I have found Joanna! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to explain what she is doing and educate me on skincare. She will not take the liberty of doing anything before I fully understand and agree.I have had facials and eyebrow tinting performed by her and continue to be elated by her skills! I have very blonde, almost unnoticeable, eyebrows to begin with and have had horrific experiences with others.
