Tried to call to get a locksmith. Then was directed to a robot who directed me to a person who would in theory direct me to a locksmith...the gentleman who answered said that there was no locksmith in my area. So one star for wasting my time.

Great experience. I got 6 keys made and 5/6 worked perfectly. Not sure how to get help with the one that doesn’t work, but very convenient service.

My sun glasses would not read the screen, which when I figured out why there were no instruction and changed glasses, the machine worked just fine. I cut a key and made three copies successfully.Service: Building key copying
