We met Gwen via a website when we first started to look to move to the suburbs from the city. Throughout the entire process of home buying she was always accessible and patience while we explored different options until we found the right place. Along the way Gwen provided us with good insight and I always felt like she had our best interest at heart. We came to learn that she was super hardworking and honest. We consider Gwen a friend now and will recommend her highly to any of our friends.

Gwen helped my husband and I buy our first home. We met her at a showing of one of the many houses we decided to check out and immediately gravitated to her unlike any other realtor we had met. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all of the tools and resources necessary to understand the housing market. As first time buyers we had many questions and she was able to provide very clear and concise answers that we were able to understand having very limited real estate knowledge ourselves. She was very patient with us and by the time we were through with the purchase it was like she had become a member of our family. Any issues that arose during the buying process, Gwen went to bat in our honor and represented our wishes and values. She made sure every loose end was tied and even checks in with us now that we are situated and moved into our new home. I cannot say enough kind things about Gwen after all she has done for us. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Being new to the area and not knowing any real estate agents, we chose Gwen based solely on online reviews, and they did not lead us astray. Gwen found us the perfect home, in the perfect location, in a tough seller’s market. We wanted to act quickly so that we could be settled before starting our new jobs, but there was almost nothing on the market that met our criteria and those homes that did went quickly. Gwen spent her first day with us showing us houses that we had identified online as being of interest. Most of them were okay, but none were perfect for us. Our second day together, Gwen surprised us by taking us to a house that was not on our list because it had not yet been put on the market. The house was wonderful. Gwen had listened to everything we wanted and found us the perfect house. Although late in the day on a Sunday, Gwen went back to the office to put together our offer and worked throughout the evening to facilitate getting our offer accepted. We were thrilled when she called us at 10:30 pm to tell us that the sellers had accepted our offer. Since buying our house Gwen has been a wonderful resource for information on the area and various service providers. We are always happy when we hire the individuals she recommends.
