I had a great experience from start to finish. When preparing the proposal to replace my central air with a heat pump, Oliver took the time to learn what was important to me, answer my questions, and formulate a plan for how to improve efficiency of heating and cooling in my home. The install team delivered upon the promises made. Jeff, Steve, and Joel worked in the hot attic without complaint. The new duct work looks great and the unit is performing as I had hoped. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer additional questions that came to mind. I obtained multiple quotes before going with Precision and I am very pleased with my decision.
I have used Precision repeatedly for several different properties. They have fixed other companies mistakes, they have installed brand new systems in a few of my properties, and they have come out after hours to save the day when a furnace stopped working at a rental. They are always on time, they are always polite, and they are always knowledgable. I have met several of their technicians and all of them have been wonderful (and they have great senses of humor!!). I have never had such a great experience with an HVAC company. I would highly recommend Precision and will continue to tell everyone I know to use them. Thanks guys for being the best in the business!
A couple of months ago we had a problem with our furnace. Our former HVAC company completely failed us. We went 5 days without heat or hot water. We called Precision and Alex fixed the problem (part failure). Stacey came out to clean the furnace and then to fix a leaking coil. The men who came out to provide service were very professional. It is wonderful to have a reliable company to depend on to keep our house warm and the water hot. Thank you Precision!
