When preparing the proposal to replace my central air with a heat pump, Oliver took the time to learn what was important to me, answer my questions, and formulate a plan for how to improve efficiency of heating and cooling in my home. The install team delivered upon the promises made. Jeff, Steve, and Joel worked in the hot attic without complaint. The new duct work looks great and the unit is performing as I had hoped. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer additional questions that came to mind. I obtained multiple quotes before going with Precision and I am very pleased with my decision.
