He identified the issue, explained it to me, and made sure I knew exactly what I'd be paying for before committing to any work. He didn't even try to dissuade me from getting a second opinion, but nobody else would answer the phone! Nick and Brad spent an entire day replacing a 20 yr old system, brand new condenser and all. They were very clean about it too! I can't recommend these guys enough.
