It took me a while to find a stylist when I moved to PA over 10 years ago, and I tried different places. I found Sorelle and I've been going there probably 7-8 years now. I see Lena who is an expert at doing curly and straight hair (my hair is naturally curly). She's very focused and gives excellent cuts and blowouts. It's a very nicely maintained salon that feels upscale but not intimidating. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Lena is amazing! I highly recommend her. Lena is an amazing stylist and amazing with curls. I can depend on her to cut my daughter’s straight hair and bangs. I can also depend on her to cut my curly hair, which has been difficult to find. I gave three stars, which does not reflect the hair stylists’ abilities, but reflects how disappointed I was in Sorelle for messing up my appointment, an extremely important and necessary appointment (for me). No customer service or accountability held by Sorelle for the inconvenience.I called to make an appointment for myself the week prior. Before we hung up, I asked if I could add my daughter too, for a bang trim. She asked for her name and I got a confirmation text...read full review
