We couldn’t be happier with our refinished in-ground pool. Our very outdated pool was an eyesore - I wanted an oasis and that’s what I got! I met with several professional restoration companies but GSI stood out from the start. Steve was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The work has been completed and my pool is resort worthy. Though weather complicated the secqencing the project was completed within a week, just in time to enjoy Memorial Day. My in-laws recommended GSI to me after I had a couple of other better known pool companies out for estimates, who gave me conflicting information, and had poor follow up. Other companies told me that the existing style of coping I had could not be replicated and would need to be replaced with something they stocked. WRONG! First, I was working with a time crunch due to it being an insurance claim and GSI came out quickly. Second, it was able to schedule my job before the onset of winter.
